"Teacher Feature” On Promethean Planet
Promethean shot their newest “Teacher Feature” in our classroom a few weeks ago and it was just posted on their site. I like how they mention our link to blogging (and other Web 2.0 features … the video we used is from YouTube).
Check it out!

Congrats! That looks like an amazingly fun lesson. The technology integration goes above and beyond what I have seen and used. It looks like the kids are extremely motivated by it all. It’s almost liek turning education into a video game!

[...] One blog post from the Learning is Messy blog alerted me to the fact that the teacher, Brian Crosby, had been video taped as the Teacher Feature on Promethean Planet. He teaches a 5th grade class and I thoroughly enjoyed his use of Active Board, laptops and blog for a lesson. Grab a free Edublog to get your own comment avatar! Hey! I want to be a student in your class! Excellent lesson - loved the reactions of the kids. A few of our elementary classrooms are getting Smartboards for next year and this example makes me anxious to get them so we can begin to build the kinds of lessons that will certainly affect student learning the way I’m sure this one did in your class. Congratulations-you’re a great role model for many teachers.
